Brief: This project, now complete, was the extension and complete refurbishment of a detached property in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. The original property, dating from the 1970's, was set over 1 floor with modest front and rear gardens. Our clients brief was to extend and refurbish the property in order to add a bedroom and create a larger living / kitchen area. The final scheme was for a spacious 3 bedroom property with new master suite and open plan dining / kitchen area to the rear. While the rear extension was relatively modest in size, the large areas of glass and vaulted ceilings give a wonderful sense of space opening onto the new raised patio.
Build Cost: Approx £175k.
Status: Completed April 2018.
