Type: Single Storey Rear Extension.
Brief: This project, now complete, was a single storey rear extension to a terraced property in East Oxford. The existing property was victorian in era and set over 3 floors with a modest rear garden. Our clients wanted to make significant alterations to the rear of the property to create a large open plan kitchen / dining / living area. This space was to be modern in finish and feel but had also to complement the existing property. Fold back glass doors open onto a new patio to the rear.
Build Cost: Approx £95k.
Status: Completed August 2013.
