Brief: This project, now complete, was a two storey rear and single storey side extension to a detached house in Ewelme, Oxfordshire. The existing property was set over 2 floors and had a large rear garden with views to open fields beyond. Our clients wanted to extend their existing property to create an open plan kitchen / dining area on the ground floor with additional bedrooms above. As part of the works, a complete re-furbishment was proposed to the front of the property, including the addition of a new entrance porch.
Build Cost: Estimated at £110k.
Status: Completed April 2013.
