Brief: This project, now complete, was a single storey rear extension and internal refurbishment to a terraced house in North Oxford, Oxford, Oxfordshire. The existing property, dating from the 1960’s, was set over 2 floors with a large rear garden. Our clients wanted to completely refurbish the property while significantly increasing the size of the kitchen / dining areas by adding an extension. The extension was to create a large open plan kitchen / living / dining area with large bi-folding doors opening onto a new rear patio. A large conservation / garden room was also added.
Build Cost: Estimated at £240k.
Status: Completed March 2017.
