Brief: This project, now complete, was a single storey extension to a semi detached property in North Oxford. The property is victorian in era and was set over 4 floors with a modest rear garden. At ground floor, our client wanted to make minor alterations to the property to create an open plan living area with disabled facilities including large wet room and ramped garden access. This space, while modern in finish and feel, was to complement the existing property with period features retained and replicated where appropriate.
Build Cost: Estimated at £135k.
