Brief: This project, now complete, was a raised single storey rear extension to a detached property in Headington, Oxford. The existing property dated from the 1970's and was set over 3 floors with modest front and rear gardens.
The extension was to be crisp and contemporary, providing a large open plan kitchen / dining / living space. Full height glass walls offer stunning woodland views.
Build Cost: Approx £75k.
Status: Completed November 2012.
