Brief: This project, now complete, was the conversion of the existing loft space of a semi-detached house in Botley, Oxford.
The existing property, dating from the 1930’s, was set over 2 floors with a contemporary extension recently added to the rear. Our clients wanted to convert their existing loft in order to provide a new master bedroom with en-suite. A hip to gable conversion was proposed as part of the works in order to maximise space. All works were done under permitted development.
Build Cost: Tendered at £55k.
