In light of current events, we have made a number of changes to our working methods to protect the safety of our clients and staff.
When possible, meetings will now be held remotely. By using the latest video call software and desk camera mounting equipment, we are able to discuss projects with clients, without the need for a face to face meeting. Where previously we would have sat beside a client to sketch ideas, these discussions can now be had remotely with the client still able to watch and talk while we sketch.
Some of our work however, does still require us to visit clients. Specifically initial consultation meetings, measured survey visits & site inspections. These visits are now going ahead, but only while practising strict social distancing with the use of PPE where necessary.
