Brief: These projects, now complete, were 2 small single storey abuting rear extensions to a pair of neighbouring terraced houses in the Botley area of Oxford, Oxfordshire. The existing properties, dating from the 1890’s, were set over 3 floors with dilapidated extensions to the rear. Our clients wanted to remove the existing extensions and replace them with new extensions that would provide light and airy spaces for kitchen & dining function.
Build Cost: Tendered at £35k each.
