Type: Two Storey Side and Rear Extension.
Brief: This project, now complete, was a two storey side and rear extension to a semi-detached house in Kennington, Oxford. The existing property was set over 2 floors and had a generous rear garden. Our clients wanted to extend their existing property in order to create a large open plan living / kitchen area on the ground floor with a master bedroom with en-suite above. All proposed materials and details were to match existing.
Build Cost: Estimated at £80k.
Status: Completed August 2009.
