Type: Rear Extension & Garage Conversion.
Brief: This project, now complete, was a single storey rear extension and garage coversion to a detached property in Iffley, Oxford, Oxfordshire. The existing property was set over 2 floors with a generous rear garden. As part of the internal conversion works, a small mezzanine was created as a small play area. A new utility room and shower room were also provided to the front.
Build Cost: Estimated at £80k.
Status: Completed November 2012.
