Brief: This project, now complete, was a large loft conversion to a detached property in Headington, Oxford. The original property was set over 2 floors with a large rear garden. Our clients wanted to make significant alterations at roof level to create a large master suite with office area.
Despite the size of this project, all works were done under permitted development.
Build Cost: Estimated at £110k.
Status: Completed January 2017.
