Brief: This project, now complete, was a single storey rear extension to a semi-detached property in North Oxford, Oxford.

Our client wanted to replace a dilapidated conservatory, with a new extension in to provide an open plan living area with disabled facilities.

Build Cost: Estimated at 135k.

Status: Completed November 2022.
