Two Storey North Oxford Extension Completed March 2019

Type: Single storey rear extension & internal refurbishment.

Brief: This project, now complete, was the addition of a modest single storey rear extension to a terraced property in North Oxford, Oxford.

The existing property was set over 2 floors with a small rear garden. Our clients wanted to make significant alterations to the rear of the property to create a light and airy kitchen / dining area. This space was to be modern in feel, with french doors opening onto a new brick patio. In addition to these works, a full renovation was carried out of the ground floor along with new timber sash windows throughout.

Build Cost: Estimated at 135k.

Status: Completed Dec 2020.
