Type: First Floor Extension, Garden Room & New Porch.
Brief: This project, now complete, is a first floor extension to a stone built detached property in Begbroke, Oxfordshire. The existing property is set over 2 floors within generous grounds. In addition to the first floor extension works, which will provide a new master suite, our clients wanted to add a garden room rear extension with roof lantern and part glazed walls. A new stone built porch was also to be added.
This property sits within a conservation area and as such all proposed materials will be carefully chosen to match existing.
Build Cost: Estimated at £130k.
Status: Completed July 2010.
