Residential Extension Commission: Grandpont, Oxfordshire
Client: Private Client.
Type: Small Rear First Floor Extension and Internal Alterations.
Brief: This project, now complete, is a small first floor rear extension to a terraced property in Grandpont, Oxford. The existing property was set over 3 floors with a modest rear garden. In addition to the extension works, our client wanted to make minor alterations to the interior of the property to create a small kitchen / dining area to the rear.
Build Cost: Estimated at £45k.
Status: Completed June 2010.
