Brief: This project, currently awaiting planning approval, is to be a single storey rear extension and loft conversion to a terraced property in East Oxford. The existing property is victorian in era and is set over 2 floors with a modest rear garden. Our client wants to make significant alterations to the rear of the property to create an open plan kitchen / dining / living area. This space is to be modern in finish and feel and must complement the existing property. Timber bi-fold doors will open onto a new patio to the rear. In addition to these works, alterations will also be made to the loft in order to create an additional bedroom with en-suite facilities.
