Brief: This project, requiring planning permission, is to be the conversion of an existing loft space of a detached house in Camden, London.
The existing property dating from the 1880’s, is set over 5 floors, of which our client owns the top floor and the roof space above. Our client wants to create an additional bedroom with en-suite by converting the existing loft in addition to other refurbishment works. An inset terraced area is proposed as part of the works, in order to provide much needed amenity space.
Build Cost: Estimated at £120k.
Status: Submitted for planning approval.
