Brief: This project, currently in for planning approval, is the replacement of an existing porch to the front of a large detached stone house in Thorpe Mandeville, Oxfordshire. The existing property is stone built and is set over 3 floors within generous grounds. Our clients want to make minor alterations to the front of their property to replace the existing porch with a more in-keeping stone built structure.
Build Cost: Approx £11k.
