Brief: This project, now on site, is to be a small single storey rear extension to a semi-detached property in Botley, Oxfordshire. The existing property is set over 2 floors with a modest rear garden and associated out-buildings. In addition to the extension works, our client also wants to make significant alterations to the interior of the property to create an open plan kitchen / dining / living area.
Build Cost: Estimated at £45k.
