Brief: This project, now on site, is to be a two storey and single storey rear extension to a semi-detached house in Wolvercote, Oxford. The existing property is set over 2 floors and has a generous rear garden. Our clients plan to extend their existing property in order to create a large open plan living / kitchen area on the ground floor with an additional bedroom above. All proposed materials and details are to match existing.
