Brief: This project, now complete, is a single storey rear extension to a detached house in Kennington, Oxford. The existing property is set over 2 floors and has a generous rear garden. Our clients wanted to extend their existing property under permitted development in order to create a large open plan living / kitchen area on the ground floor. All proposed materials and details are to match existing.
