Brief: This project, now complete, is a modern single storey extension to a detached house in Headington, Oxford. The existing property is set over 1 floor with a modest rear garden. Our clients wanted to make significant alterations to the rear of the property and as such wanted to demolish existing delapidated structures and replace them with a contemporary extension that would provide an open plan kitchen / dining area. The new extension is modern in finish and feel, in order to complement the existing property. Glass doors open into an internal courtyard, bringing natural light into the central of the plan.
Build Cost: Approx £95k.
