Brief: This project, now complete, is to be a two storey side and rear extension to a semi-detached house in Kennington, Oxford. The existing property is set over 2 floors and has a generous rear garden. Our clients plan to extend their existing property in order to create a large open plan living / kitchen area on the ground floor with a master bedroom with en-suite above. All proposed materials and details are to match existing.

 

 

Build Cost: Estimated at £80k.
