Brief: This project, currently in for planning approval, is to be a single storey rear extension to a semi detached property in North Oxford. The existing property, set over 2 floors, sits within a double width plot with a large garden to the side and rear. Our clients are carrying out a complete refurbishment of the property and as part of the works wish to add a single storey extension to the rear. The new extension is to provide an open plan kitchen / dining area with access to the garden. Also as part of the works, areas of the existing building are to be re-roofed in order that unsightly flat roofs be replaced with period pitched roofs that will match the original property.

 

Build Cost: Estimated at £75k.

 

Status: Submitted for planning approval.
